Boomzino Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neroblanko Tech B.V., the entity that operates Boomzino under a licence issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. The agreement governs account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using Boomzino in any capacity, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

About us and licensing

Boomzino is operated by Neroblanko Tech B.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under a multi-product authorisation covering casino, live casino and sportsbook, issued in 2025. Neroblanko Tech B.V. is the licence-holding entity for all products available on this site. The operator is part of a wider group of online casino brands that share a common platform, account architecture and promotional framework, including LiraSpin, Savaspin, Rockyspin and others within the same network.

Account registration and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, and we reserve the right to request proof of age at any point. Only one account is permitted per person, household, postal address, email address, IP address, telephone number, payment card and device; duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited in accordance with our bonus abuse policy. You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information, and you must update that information promptly if it changes. Access to Boomzino from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted, and connecting through falsified geolocation to circumvent regional restrictions constitutes a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close any account that does not meet these eligibility requirements, and no withdrawal will be processed until identity verification is complete.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, Revolut, Paysafecard, CashtoCode, bank transfer, and a range of regional banking methods including Klarna, N26, Sparkasse, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank and Interac where available by territory. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Tether, USD Coin and TRON, and are converted to the fiat account balance on receipt rather than held natively. The minimum deposit for most methods is €20, credited within minutes for cards, mobile wallets and prepaid vouchers, and within 1–3 business days for standard bank transfers. Withdrawals are processed within up to 72 hours or three business days on our side, after which the payment provider’s own timeline applies, and withdrawals must be made through the same method used to deposit. Withdrawal limits at base rank are €1,000 per day, €3,000 per week and €10,000 per month, with higher ceilings available at elevated loyalty ranks. Any single win above €10,000 is paid in monthly instalments of up to €10,000 until the full amount is cleared. We do not charge withdrawal fees, though bank wire transfers may incur intermediary bank charges of up to €16 equivalent, and all withdrawals are subject to identity verification before release.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion carries its own specific terms, but the following standard rules apply across all casino bonus offers unless a promotion states otherwise. Wagering requirements on casino bonuses are 40 times the bonus amount; the high-roller reload carries a 35x requirement, and sportsbook bonuses carry a 5x requirement. During any active bonus, the maximum permitted bet is €5 on slots and €10 on live games, including doubled bets and purchased bonus rounds. The maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus winnings is ten times the bonus received; winnings from free spins awarded without a deposit are capped at €50. Bonuses are valid for 14 days from receipt unless the specific promotion states a shorter period, and any bonus not wagered within that window, along with associated winnings, is forfeited. Game contributions toward wagering are: slots 100%, buy-feature rounds 50%, live roulette and blackjack 10%, instant win games 5%, and table games, scratch cards and other live games 0%. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and deposit bonuses cannot be combined. We reserve the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where we determine that bonus terms have been manipulated, including through delayed game rounds, low-odds hedging on the sportsbook, or systematic expected-value farming.

Responsible gambling

Deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are available through your account settings. Self-exclusion requests submitted to [email protected] are processed promptly, and we take reasonable steps to prevent excluded players from opening new accounts.

Dispute resolution

Complaints should be directed in the first instance to our support team via live chat or at [email protected] , and we acknowledge complaints and keep you informed of progress while a case is open. If front-line support cannot resolve the matter, it is escalated to a manager, and refund decisions are reached within 7 business days with any approved refund finalised within 48 hours of that decision. Where a dispute remains unresolved at management level, you may refer it to an independent body or to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board as the licensing regulator. Server logs and records held by us constitute the agreed final authority in determining the outcome of any disputed transaction or game result.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and we will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice posted on the site before the updated terms take effect. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of Boomzino after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
